For the first time the Bournemouth public will have the opportunity to see the work of the nationally renowned Hampshire artists, Carolyne Viney, Daphne Ellman and Ali Lindley when their exhibition ‘Inspired by Nature’ opens at Highcliffe Castle on the 11th September.
This will be the third time that Carolyne, Daphne and Ali have exhibited together and their first two exhibitions received rave reviews with the very best pieces being snapped up early by enthusiastic buyers.
The exhibition of striking contemporary art is a blend of three very different styles. Daphne’s exquisitely painted hedgerow scenes of English flora and fauna compliment perfectly Ali’s abstracted still life studies and Carolyne’s wonderfully vibrant abstract canvas work.
Inspired by Nature runs from the 11th September to the 26th October and is open from 11am to 5pm daily. Admission to all the Castle’s exhibitions is £2.20 for adults, with accompanied children under 16 free.
